Bill Cleary, a founder of CKS Group, Cupertino, Calif., which is merging with US Web, has left CKS. Also, CKS Partner-Management Supervisor Brian Fortune has joined advertising and marketing communications agency P3M, Los Gatos, Calif., as chief marketing officer. Mr. Cleary is joining the board of P3M.

Stacey Paynter, 38, to president, Publicis Dialog, San Francisco, from executive principal and chief operating officer. She succeeds Julio Deulofeu, 50, who moves to general manager, Wunderman Cato Johnson, San Francisco.

Deborah Dugan to VP-business development and planning, Buena Vista Publishing Group, New York, a new post, from exec VP-business affairs and development, EMI Music.

Angotti, Thomas, Hedge, New York, said Executive Creative Director Rochelle Klein left to join Tierney & Partners, Philadelphia as chief creative officer, replacing Rich Russo, who is leaving the company. Ms. Klein's duties will be assumed by Angotti Chairman-Chief Creative Officer Tony Angotti.
