Martin White, 34, to VP-consumer marketing, Delta Air Lines, Atlanta, from VP-marketing programs and services, US Airways, Arlington, Va. He succeeds Gayle Bock, who left last spring.

Keith Yagnik, 49, to president-CEO, Burrell Yagnik Relationship Marketing, the renamed New York operation of Burrell Communications Group, Chicago. He succeeds Ed Forti, who's leaving at yearend. Mr. Yagnik most recently was senior VP-director of strategic marketing at McCann Relationship Marketing.

Sanford Nacht to president-chief operating officer, New World Coffee & Bagels, New York, after a one-year stint as consultant to the company, which last month acquired Manhattan Bagel, Eatontown, N.J., in conjunction with that chain's emergence from Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. Mr. Nacht takes over the president title from Chairman-CEO Ramin Kamfar. The chief operating officer title is new.

Lori Erdos and Jacki Brackensick to VP-advertising sales, USA Today, Arlington Va., following the resignation of Janet Smith, VP-ad sales and a founder of the Gannett Co. daily. Ms. Erdos was previously director-advertising sales and Ms. Brackensick was director-national circulation sales.
