He succeeds Mary Nordloh, who left in January as part of a companywide restructuring. Also: Deborah D. Barney to VP-Coming Home, Lands' End's specialty catalog of home products, a new post, from managing director; Philip W. Young to VP-European managing director, from managing director for new-business development in the specialty business group, succeeding Stephen A. Miles, who left.
