Dan Igoe, 40, to president, Barnhart/CMI, Denver, from exec VP. He succeeds agency founder Terry Barnhart, 61, who takes the new title of chairman. The agency celebrated its five-year anniversary this month.

Jerry Solomon, president of national broadcast at SFM Media/ MPG, New York, will leave the company July 15, following TV's upfront buying season. Mr. Solomon, a 41-year broadcasting and ad veteran who now serves on the boards of two Internet companies, will remain active in the industry as a consultant.
