Interactive agency Nicholson NY has hired two research and media planning executives. Michael Wexler, former manager of marketing analysis for the Strategic Interactive Group in Boston, has been named director of research & measurement; and Kathleen Sheridan, former director of interactive marketing and media planning at Wunderman Cato Johnson, New York, has been hired as media director. Nicholson NY's clients include IBM, Sony, NBC and Reader's Digest Association.

Magnet Interactive Communications, Washington, named Christopher Wuhrer director of media planning and online marketing, a new position within the company. Mr. Wuhrer was formerly advertising manager at Intuit, which makes financial software.
