Intellipost Corp., San Francisco, named Randy Wise senior VP-consumer marketing. Mr. Wise was formerly VP-acquisition marketing in the consumer card services group of American Express Travel Related Services Co.

America Online named Marshall Cohen to senior VP-brand development, reporting to President-Chief Operating Officer Bob Pittman. Mr. Cohen was most recently president of Marshall Cohen Associates, an entertainment and media research and consulting company. Mr. Cohen also was a member of the founding team of MTV, along with Mr. Pittman, and won a Clio in 1984 for his ``I want my MTV'' ad campaign. Also hired was Jonathan Sacks, as senior VP-programming operations. Mr. Sacks most recently was president of the Hub, a joint venture between AOL and New Line Cinema. He will report to Barry Schuler, president-AOL Interactive Services.
