Westminster, Colo.-based MatchLogic has named Mitchell Bennett president. Mr. Bennett, formerly VP-corporate marketing and client accounts for the digital marketing company, now will assume overall responsibility for company operations, including marketing, sales and new-business development.

Internet ad network 24/7 Media, New York, has hired Ken Leidner as VP-strategic planning. Mr. Leidner, formerly senior manager in American Express Corp.'s Interactive Enterprise Development Group, will report directly to CEO David J. Moore and will be responsible for evaluating and participating in the company's new-business, business development and acquisition efforts.
