Chuck Ball to VP-marketing and business development for Internet searchable video destination FasTV, Los Angeles from director of marketing at BVHE's animated classics, where he oversaw direct-to-video releases including "Toy Story" and "Cinderella."

Free Internet access provider NetZero, Westlake Village, Calif., has named Mark R. Goldston chairman-CEO. Ronald T. Burr, former CEO and co-founder of the company, will become president-chief technology officer. Mr. Goldston joins the company from the Goldston Group, a strategic advisory firm he founded and headed as chairman-CEO.
