Michael P. Brennan has been promoted to senior VP-marketing and product management at Peapod, Skokie, Ill. Also moving at the Internet shopping service is George F. Douaire to senior VP-Peapod Interactive.

David Clark has been appointed VP/e-commerce for Warner Bros. Studio Stores. In this newly created position, Mr. Clark will be responsible for the technical and marketing aspects of the Studio Store Web site.

Internet media company CNET named Rich Marino, currently president-CEO of PC World Communications, to the new position of president. Mr. Marino will report to Halsey Minor, chairman-CEO. Shelby Bonnie, CNET co-founder and chief operating officer, will become vice chairman.

Lisa Protter, formerly VP-business development at Think New Ideas, New York, was named to the new position of VP-business development at CyberSight.
