Free Internet access provider Spinway, Sunnyvale, Calif., named Stephen Seabolt, former president-CEO of Sunset Publishing Corp., its new chairman-CEO. He succeeds Danny Robinson, Spinway founder, who will continue to work at the company, assisting Mr. Seabolt in his new position.
