Online delivery service Kozmo.com's CEO, Joseph Park, and president, Yong Kang, have stepped down from their posts. Mr. Park will become chairman of the company's board and Mr. Kang will become vice chairman. Kozmo.com promoted Gerry Burdo, former chief financial officer, to president and acting CEO.

Chicago-based MarchFirst named John Grotting executive creative director for the company's Southwest region. Mr. Grotting formerly served as VP-executive creative director at Sapient. He will be based in Santa Monica, Calif.
