OBITUARY: Richard Seideman, 78, died May 19 in White Plains, N.Y. Mr. Seideman had been VP-chief operation officer of Rodd Group, and was a 50-plus year of the advertising industry who worked at agencies such as BBDO, Dancer Fitzgerald Sample and Savitt Tobias Balk. Among his best-known campaigns were Red Cheek Apple Juice and Coronet Paper Towels. He also worked on Lyndon Johnson's successful 1964 presidential campaign.
