Dick Rogers adds the title of president of agency operation to that of managing partner, DDB Needham Worldwide, Chicago. He had been exec VP as well. Also: Ray Gillette adds the title of president of integrated services to that of managing partner, formalizing his responsibility for theWorks, the agency's integrated communications group; and Jan Zwiren, managing partner and exec VP-new product development, will head a new client team and a new online task force.
