Obituary

Warren Pfaff, 74, copywriter who co-wrote "Get up and get away to McDonald's," died March 10. He worked at J.Walter Thompson prior to opening his own agency, which merged in 1991 with McCaffery Ratner Gottlieb & Lane, N.Y.
