John Berg, president of Havas' Euro RSCG MVBMS, New York, stepped down last week, saying he will launch a marketing-communications firm in New York.

Ken Kaess, president-CEO, Omnicom Group's DDB Worldwide, to chairman, Advertising Educational Foundation. He succeeds David Bell, chairman-CEO, Interpublic Group of Cos.
