Pepsi asks Goodby for Mandarin Orange ads

In what may be signs of a global push for orange beverages, Pepsi-Cola Co. has asked Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, San Francisco, to develop advertising for its Mandarin Orange Slice soft drink, which hasn't been supported on air since 1993. The work is part of the $25 million to $30 million account the agency won earlier this month, primarily for Pepsi's 7UP and Mirinda orange soda brands outside the U.S..
