Petry unit sold

Marlin Entertainment, New York, and NetSpan, Miami, have acquired Petry Latino, Miami, from Petry Television. Price was not disclosed. The new group will be called NetSpan Latino and will continue as a TV sales rep for the U.S. Hispanic and Latin American markets. Carlos Barba, former president-chief operating officer with Petry Latino, and Neal Frank, president-CEO of Marlin, will serve as co-chairmen.
