Philips Electronics, Amsterdam, is centralizing its worldwide communications and reportedly will consolidate advertising at Euro RSCG and D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles. Currently, Philips has on average four agencies in every country to handle thematic advertising. It is believed Euro RSCG will develop the new Philips corporate campaign to be launched in September and all product group communications. DMB&B will handle advertising for household and personal-care appliances.
