New York: Jerry Della Femina, principal of Jerry & Ketchum, was crowned "Czar of Madison Ave." as part of a promotion introducing Smirnoff Black vodka, made in Moscow. Joining him and the two models on stage at the Monkey Bar event were Sergei Skvortsov, vice chairman of the Russian State TV & Radio Broadcasting Co., and Irina Smirnoff, great-granddaughter of Vladimir Smirnoff, vodka purveyor to the Russian czars.
