Pillsbury adds pasta Down Under

Pillsbury Co., Minneapolis, has purchased the Pasta House business from Australia-based Pacific Dunlop for approximately $75 million. Pillsbury said Pasta House is the market leader in Australia and New Zealand in fresh pasta and sauces under the Latina and Leggos' Dorato brand names.
