Pirelli Armstrong Tire Corp. launches an international print campaign tomorrow. Pirelli's global agency, Young & Rubicam, bought media in business publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Britain's Financial Times and Germany's Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung. Pirelli is in the final year of its three-year plan to be a stronger global player. About half its $7 billion sales are in Europe.
