Pizza Hut-Blockbuster link up

Pizza Hut is teaming up with Blockbuster for a $13 million holiday promotion beginning Thanksgiving Day. The promotion offers consumers a coupon for a free rental at Blockbuster with the purchase of a Pizzeria Stuffed Crust pizza. Four million Blockbuster certificates are expected to be doled out. Pizza Hut is supporting the program with a $10 million campaign that includes TV, radio, print and point-of-purchase elements. A 30-second spot features the tagline, "We've got your pizza and your movie." Pizza Hut's agency, BBDO Worldwide, New York, handles.
