Pizza Hut, Dallas, breaks a new advertising campaign Jan. 1 that spotlights real employees' comments on product quality and service. The "open memo" spots, by BBDO Worldwide, will feature footage of employees on the job talking to other employees about their commitment to quality. The new campaign adds a new twist to an '80s tagline: "Makin' it great, again and again." The spots also will include product promotion. The new ads will break during the Rose Bowl parade and also air on the Rose Bowl and Citrus Bowl telecasts.
