MrSwap.com today names Katsin/Loeb Advertising, San Francisco, its first agency after a review in which 10 agencies competed for its $8 million account. The San Francisco-based barter site, which allows people to swap used movies, music and videogames, breaks a teaser print and poster campaign Feb. 23. Running in college newspapers, ads ask "What are you done with?" to build the site's inventory.
