Sony Computer Entertainment of America unveiled at the Electronic Entertainment Expo in Los Angeles its ambitious plans for the new PlayStation 2. Sony will launch the broadband-ready console Oct. 26 in North America and projects sellthrough of 3 million units by the end of March 2001.
