PNC Bank set for pitches in $20 mil acc't

PNC Bank will hear a first round of pitches from select contenders on its estimated $15 million to $20 million account next week. Incumbents Ketchum Advertising, Pittsburgh, which handled the bulk of the account, and McKinney & Silver, Raleigh, N.C., which has a smaller part, are both said to be included in the review, as well as Margeotes/Fertitta &|Partners, New York, and an undisclosed two or three others. Consultant is Richard Roth Associates, Chappaqua, N.Y.
