Published on .

PointCast will be boosting its Web presence by expanding the content on EntryPoint, the push network's default starting point to the Net. Two new partners on the service are the U.S. Postal Service, which will allow users to track packages, and online brokerage Datek Online. Other content partners on EntryPoint include Travelocity, for travel reservations; Zip2, a map and directions site; CareerPath; and BarnesandNoble.com

PointCast CEO David Dorman said to expect more Web initiatives from PointCast on EntryPoint, including commerce and content partnerships.
