(April 11, 2001) -- The U.S. Postal Service tapped out-of-home advertising company Van Wagner Communications, New York, to mange its Postal Ad Network, which allows marketers to advertise on postal properties including delivery vehicles, collection boxes, stamp booklets and Priority Mail and Express Mail packages. Van Wagner is charged with growing the recently launched network to make it a larger revenue driver for the Postal Service.
