Career: Mr. Busch's career began in 1985. After four years in various departments, he joined the marketing department in 1989. A year later, he took over Bud Dry and in 1991 rose to brand director for Budweiser. He assumed his current job as VP-brand management in 1994. He has a bachelor's degree from St. Louis University and a brewing degree from the International Brewing Institute in Berlin.
