Career: After spending eight years at Ford Motor Co., Mr. Holden joined Chrysler in 1981 as truck fleet development manager. He held several regional sales and marketing management posts between 1982-1986 and was named Dodge ad manager in 1987. Between 1988-1990 he was a zone manager and director of sales operations planning. He was general manager of Chrysler/Plymouth Division from 1990 to 1991, then moved to central region general sales manager. He became VP-corporate personnel in 1993 and VP-quality, capacity and process management in 1994. He was named to his present job, exec VP-sales and marketing, in January 1996.
