Career: Mr. Ball joined McDonald's last year from one of the company's regional agencies, Davis Ball & Columbatto, Los Angeles, where he was a principal. Mr. Ball was with DBC, the agency for several western co-ops, for 25 years, working on both the account and creative side, beginning as a field account exec on McDonald's in 1972.
