Career: Began at Nabisco Brands in 1977, serving in financial and strategic posts and as product group director-new business for the biscuit division. He joined what was then known as Dart & Kraft in 1985 as director-strategy, moving to category manager for viscous dressings for Kraft grocery products division two years later. In 1989, he became VP-business unit manager for Kraft General Foods' Canada meal and enhancers division. In March 1993, he was moved to associate general manager-Post, before shifting to his current position in October of that year.
