Career: During Mr. Latham's 35 years at Unilever, he has been responsible for marketing various Unilever brands.In the 10 years before his promotion to VP-advertising for home and personal care products this fall, he was Unilever's category member responsible for skin care, deodorant and fragrance brands, and Prestige, the group's division of high brand fragrances (including Elizabeth Arden and Calvin Klein fragrances). Before joining Unilever, he worked at as an account manager at Erwin Wasey, once the United Kingdom's UK's fifth-largest ad agency and now part of the Interpublic Group of Cos. Mr. Latham had carried out his National Service in the UK's Royal Air Force before he started working.
