Career: After graduating from the University of Miami, he took a job in the station rep business at MMT Sales. After a stint at a local TV station he joined the NBC station group in 1988, as chief of eastern ad sales. Mr. Capone was appointed director of sales at WTVJ, Miami in 1991, and moved back to New York in 1993 to become VP-sales & marketing for the NBC station group.
