Premium show changes hands

Bill Communications, New York, has purchased the Premium Incentive Show from San Francisco-based Miller Freeman. The New York show annually draws more than 15,000 people, according to Bill, which publishes two magazines covering the industry, Incentive and Potentials in Marketing. Peter V. Edmunds, former publisher of Incentive, and Jim Bracken, head of BillCom Expo & Conference Group, were named co-directors of the show. This year's show, May 7 to 9 at the Javits Convention Center, will be managed by Miller Freeman.
