Bill Communications, New York, has purchased the Premium Incentive Show from San Francisco-based Miller Freeman. The New York show annually draws more than 15,000 people, according to Bill, which publishes two magazines covering the industry, Incentive
and Potentials in Marketing
. Peter V. Edmunds, former publisher of Incentive
, and Jim Bracken, head of BillCom Expo & Conference Group, were named co-directors of the show. This year's show, May 7 to 9 at the Javits Convention Center, will be managed by Miller Freeman.
