(May 22, 2001) -- Publicis Groupe's Frankel, San Francisco, is looking for a president to run the 100-person office. The post was vacated two weeks ago when Carleton Prince resigned for personal reasons. His departure was not connected to Frankel's laying off of 30 staffers in its Chicago and California offices last week. -- Cara Beardi
