President of TV Guide leaving

In the latest top level change at TV Guide, Joseph Barletta resigned aspresident. Paul Carlucci, CEO of parent News AmericaPublishing, will take over the position temporarily, the company said. SteveReddicliffe, who was appointed editor in chief to replace Anthea Disney only twoweeks ago, will report to Mr. Carlucci. Reached at his home, Mr. Barletta saidhe expected to join an unnamed California-based media company by the end of thesummer."I'm out at TV Guide, but there is no acrimony or anything likethat," he said. Through the first six months of '95, TVG's ad pages wereup 5.4% to 1,594.85; the rate base was cut by 7% to 13 million, effective July1.
