Online airline ticketing resource Priceline.com, Stamford, Conn., named four New York agencies in the review for its estimated $10 million to $12 million account: Cliff Freeman
& Partners, Hill, Hol-liday/Altschiller, Merkley Newman Harty and Wieden & Kennedy. Priceline.com asked incumbent Heater Advertising, Boston, to participate in the review, but the agency declined because it doesn't have the New York presence required to handle Priceline.com's increasingly service-intensive needs, a spokesman said. Priceline.com plans to pick an agency to handle its campaign, which will include TV, print and radio, within six weeks, said Jord Poster, VP-strategic planning for the company.
