Nabisco, Parsippany, N.J., will acquire Primo-branded products of Primo Foods, a Canadian affiliate of Pillsbury Co. The business will become part of Nabisco Ltd. in Canada. Primo brands has annual sales of more than $90 million and is No. 2. in Canada's dry pasta market. Pillsbury will retain the Old El Paso Mexican food products and the Underwood meat spreads businesses in Canada.
