Prodigy taps Softbank for customer support

Prodigy Internet has made an agreement with Softbank Services Group for Softbank to handle customer service and billing calls from Prodigy Internet and Prodigy Classic members. An advance team is already providing inbound telephone-based customer service for Prodigy in Softbank's Buffalo, N.Y., call center facility. Other levels of support will be rolled out over the next several months.
