The two companies born from the split-up of Cordiant issued annual reports showing their separate results. Bates Worldwide parent Cordiant Communications Group reported profit of $18 million, up 0.6%. Revenue was $504.5 million, down 1.4% -- due largely to the loss of Miller Brewing Co. business. North America, 22% of worldwide revenue, plunged 8.6%, although it showed higher trading profit related to Miller's exit and more efficient operations.
