Pseudo Programs names new chief financial executive

Pseudo Programs, a producer of original Internet TV programming, named Steven C. DeLorenzo, 36, chief financial officer. Mr. DeLorenzo comes to Pseudo from corporate controller of CMP Media, a print and online technology publisher. At CMP, Mr. DeLorenzo played a lead role in the June sale of the publisher to United News & Media for $947 million, and in CMP's 1997 $110 million initial public offering.
