HERNDON, VIR. - PSINet said it will expand its service into Europe and has begun several beta tests throughout the continent. The company early next year plans to begin offering Internet access service in London, Brussels, Frankfurt and Monaco. It also plans to roll out service in other European cities on a staggered basis. Competitors including AT&T WorldNet, America Online and CompuServe have been offering international Net access for close to a year now.
