PSINet looks abroad

PSINet said it will expand its service into Europe and has begun several beta tests throughout the continent. The Herndon, Vir.-based company early next year plans to begin offering Internet access service in London, Brussels, Frankfurt and Monaco. It also plans to roll out service in other European cities on a staggered basis. Competitors including AT&T WorldNet, America Online and CompuServe have been offering international Net access for close to a year now.
