Publicis/BCP montreal restructures in wake of sale

MONTREAL -- Publicis/BCP has reorganized its Montreal head office in the wake of the agency's majority sale to Paris-based Publicis SA.

Patrick Beauduin, executive vice-president and international creative director, left the agency in September after the acquisition, having moved to Montreal from Belgium in 1994. His position has not been directly filled, rather the agency has restructured its creative department and named Jean Gamache and Luc Merineau both as vice-president, creative. The two were both creative directors at BCP.
