MarketForward Combines Two Frankel Subsidiaries

By Published on .

CHICAGO (AdAge.com) -- Publicis Groupe today launched MarketForward, a new company that specializes in digital messaging and advertising.

MarketForward will combines Siren Technologies and BrandGuard, two subsidiaries of Publicis' Frankel, Chicago.

The new agency is part of a trend that favors creating relevant, place-and-time-specific messages using digital out-of-home advertising and signage that can be adapted for certain environments, promotions or product offerings.

MarketForward, with offices in Chicago and Paris, will be run by Jean-Francois Valent, who was previously CEO of Siren Technologies and BrandGuard.

Siren's digital, interactive sigange, which can be updated instantaneously, and BrandGuard's digital system, which enables clients to change messages via the Web, are the foundation for the new company.
