Publicis links to Argentine shop

Publicis Group, Paris, bought 60% of Argentinean agency Capurro & Asociados, Buenos Aires, its second investment in a Latin American agency. Publicis last year bought the Norton agency in Brazil. Capurro's current client list includes Wal-Mart Stores, fashion clothing brand Cacharel and Mabe, marketer of large electrical goods. Income in 1996 was an estimated $6.6 million.
