Publicis Group, Paris, named Thierry Lacaze, an executive with its Paris agency Publicis Conseil
, to lead its global Renault business as worldwide account director. Renault is one of the Publicis network's largest clients, with annual global media spending estimated at $688 million. Mr. Lacaze, 49, succeeds Bertrand Siguier, recently named supervisor of worldwide account managers and a member of the Publicis board of directors. At Publicis Conseil, Mr. Lacaze managed the Renault account in France as well as a number of other key clients, including Perrier, Coca-Cola Co. and Dim. Named to succeed Mr. Lacaze as head of the Renault account in France was Christophe Fillatre.
