Publicis Communications, Paris, acquired a 60% stake in Venezuelan agency 67 Publicidad, Caracas. The Venezuelan agency, ranked 18th in size in that nation, has accounts including Hewlett-Packard Co., Bridgestone Firestone and British Airways. The agency will now be called Publicis.67.
