Published on .

Quaker Oats Co., Chicago, said Tuesday it plans to sell its North American frozen foods operations. Brands include Aunt Jemima breakfast products and Celeste pizza. Their combined annual sales are approximately $175 million, the company said. Chairman-President-CEO William D. Quaker said it will keep the Aunt Jemima syrup, corn product and pancake mix businesses.
